A: Yes, our AB-366 nitrile sheet meets FDA requirements. Upon request, we will provide certification with your shipment.
Q: Are you ISO certified?
A: Yes we are! Our original certification was received in 1996. We are currently certified to ISO 9001 2008, with the latest certification issued in August 2009. Moreover, we are also in the process of obtaining the environmental certification ISO 14001. A copy is available upon request.
Q: Do you mix custom formulations?
A: Yes, we have a data bank with many formulations available, and can design a custom formulation to meet special requirements. We can even mix customer's own formulation.
Q: Do you have more than one grade of natural rubber?
A: We offer many natural rubber compounds to choose from. The standard products can be found on this Website, with many styles and gauges in stock.
Q: Is there a distribution center near me?
A: American Biltrite has inventory in six locations in the United States and two in Canada. Call us at any time to confirm that the products you need are ready for shipment at the location closest to you.
Q: Can you produce colored products?
A: We certainly can. We have digital color equipment for matching samples and controlling production. We have a mixing line dedicated to white and colored products.
Q: Are your products certified to ASTM specifications?
A: American Biltrite offers many ASTM-grade products. Upon request, we will provide certification with your shipment.
Q: What do I have to do to complete a Sample Request or a Quote Request?
To receive samples or a quote, you will need to tell us a little bit about yourself. As detailed on our "Privacy Policy" page, all your personal information will be kept confidential.
So we can serve you better, we ask you complete the request form and answer all the questions. Once it is done, we will validate your request by sending you an email accepting or refusing your demand. We might also call you if furter information are required. We will keep you informed of your status.
